Stack the Weight: Ruck
Always a Team event, Never a Race.
To embrace the team and community of a Ruck event, teams will be decided during check-in
3-4 Hours - Our kind of fun with rucks on
Complete a series of challenges utilizing all the parking garage roof has to offer: walls, bodyweight, light posts, sandbags and more
Shared suffering > scoreboard. Move together, finish together.
Start Seminar (Short) Stack with purpose. Before the mats open and the tournament/seminars begin, earn your patch in a gritty, rooftop GORUCK-style challenge. You’ll carry weight, solve problems, and move as a team through a gauntlet of physical and mental tasks designed to push limits and build community. Think ramp sprints, buddy drags, sandbag carries, and tactical mindset challenges — all with a panoramic view of Central PA
When you successfully complete the Challenge, your Cadre will hand you a hot cup of coffee and a patch that will NEVER be for sale.
What to bring - Required
Rucksack (recommended loadout: 20–30 lb men / 10–20 lb women)
Hydration source (bladder or water bottle—min. 1L)
Durable workout clothes (ready to get sweaty, gritty, possibly scraped)
Boots or rugged shoes (for traction on concrete)
Team-first attitude (non-negotiable)

What to bring - Recommended
Gloves (recommended for sandbag work and crawling)
Change of clothes (nothing better than fresh socks and a clean shirt after a ruck)
Extra Layers of Clothing (We ruck rain or shine, keep an eye on the weather and plan accordingly)
Snacks, Electrolytes as desired
