  • To embrace the team and community of a Ruck event, teams will be decided during check-in

• Complete a series of challenges utilizing all the parking garage roof has to offer: walls, bodyweight, light posts, sandbags and more

• Shared suffering > scoreboard. Move together, finish together.

Start Seminar (Short) Stack with purpose. Before the mats open and the tournament/seminars begin, earn your patch in a gritty, rooftop GORUCK-style challenge. You’ll carry weight, and move as a team through a gauntlet of physical and mental tasks designed to push limits and build community. Think ramp sprints, buddy drags, sandbag carries, and tactical mindset challenges — all with a panoramic view of Central PA

When you successfully complete the Challenge, your Cadre will hand you a hot cup of Freedom Bear coffee and a patch that will NEVER be for sale.

• Rucksack (recommended loadout: 20–30 lb men / 10–20 lb women)

• Hydration source (bladder or water bottle—min. 1L)

• Durable workout clothes (ready to get sweaty, gritty, possibly scraped)

• Boots or rugged shoes (for traction on concrete)

• Team-first attitude (non-negotiable)
