Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in any Seminar Stack LLC event may include physical activities such as martial arts instruction, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, conditioning, rucking, fitness training, demonstrations, and other athletic movements. These activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. By participating, you voluntarily and knowingly accept all associated risks.

2. Medical Fitness & Responsibility
You certify that you are physically able to participate and acknowledge that you are responsible for consulting a medical professional regarding your fitness. You assume responsibility for any medical conditions, injuries, or expenses incurred.

3. Release of Liability
You release Seminar Stack LLC—along with its owners, staff, volunteers, instructors, contractors, sponsors, partners, vendors, and affiliates—from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses, including those caused by negligence.

4. Participant Conduct
You agree to follow all safety instructions and event rules, and you will refrain from reckless or unsafe behavior.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any claims or costs arising from your participation or actions.

6. Media Release
You grant Seminar Stack LLC permission to photograph, film, and record you and to use your image, likeness, name, and voice for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

7. Minors
If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign this waiver.

8. Governing Law & Severability
This waiver is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If any portion is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

9. Acknowledgment & Electronic Signature
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this liability waiver. You understand you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
