STUDENTS WILL LEARN TO SYSTEMATICALLY BREAK DOWN A SUBJECT’S BASE, ESTABLISH HIP AND 4-POINT CONTROL, AND TRANSITION INTO DOMINANT PINS THAT ALLOW FOR SAFE AND EFFECTIVE HANDCUFFING UNDER ACTIVE RESISTANCE.
