


Mobility - Brock Waluk NGPT
This seminar will be focused on maximizing mobility to reduce injuries and increase performance. Most mobility issues are neurological issues, so we are going to cover those concepts and go through a mobility routine.
Participants will:
- Define mobility and differentiate it from flexibility
- Identify Common Mobility Limitations
- Demonstrate Effective Mobility Technique
- Perform dynamic stretching, joint mobilization, and self-myofascial release.
- Apply mobility drills specific to enhancing range of motion in major joints
This course is designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and professionals looking to enhance movement quality, reduce stiffness, and improve overall functional performance.
