What to EXPect: 

  • A 5K team-based ruck on the Army Heritage Trail where we move as one and finish as one. Earning your patch by carrying sandbags together making sure they never touch the ground.

  • (3) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminars with top-notch instructors.

1:30 PM – Rene Sousa’s Mount seminar
3:00 PM – Daniel Sala’s Crucifix seminar

What to Bring: 

Ruck

  • Rucksack (recommended loadout: 20–30 lb men / 10–20 lb women)

    • Seminar Stack will have (3) loaner Rucksacks w/ plates

  • Hydration source (bladder or water bottle—min. 1L)

  • Durable workout clothes (ready to get sweaty, gritty, possibly scraped)

  • Boots or rugged shoes (for traction on concrete)

  • Team-first attitude (non-negotiable)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Experience
• First-Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
• 15+ years of experience
• Co-owner and head coach of Saga Jiu-Jitsu (Hatboro, PA)

Competition Experience
• 2x 205 lb Champion at Finishers
• Competed at Fight to Win, Subversiv, and ADCC Trials

Military Experience
• 9 years of service in the Air National Guard and Army National Guard

Combines high-level competition experience with coaching and leadership development

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Experience
• Black Belt under Zach Maslany and Jon Blank
• Trains out of 10th Planet Bethlehem (Bethlehem, PA)
• Former Division III collegiate wrestler

Competition Experience
• Competed on FloGrappling’s Who’s Next: Submission Fighter Challenge
• Multiple Who’s Number One cards
• Known for creative guard and mastery of the buggy choke
