A 5K team-based ruck on the Army Heritage Trail where we move as one and finish as one. Earning your patch by carrying sandbags together making sure they never touch the ground.

What to Bring:
Ruck
Rucksack (recommended loadout: 20–30 lb men / 10–20 lb women)
Seminar Stack will have (3) loaner Rucksacks w/ plates
Hydration source (bladder or water bottle—min. 1L)
Durable workout clothes (ready to get sweaty, gritty, possibly scraped)
Boots or rugged shoes (for traction on concrete)

• First-Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
• 15+ years of experience
• Co-owner and head coach of Saga Jiu-Jitsu (Hatboro, PA)

• 2x 205 lb Champion at Finishers
• Competed at Fight to Win, Subversiv, and ADCC Trials
Military Experience
• 9 years of service in the Air National Guard and Army National Guard
