Course Overview:

NOGi Jiujitsu: hq position and passing

This no-gi seminar is focused on building a strong, pressure-based passing system centered around the headquarters (HQ) position. Students will learn how to establish and maintain HQ control, manage common open guard frames and retention attempts, and systematically advance through high-percentage passing sequences. Emphasis will be placed on balance, weight distribution, hand fighting, and chaining passes together so opponents are forced to react rather than recover. The goal is to develop a reliable, repeatable structure for passing that holds up under resistance and transitions cleanly into dominant control positions.
