With over 40 years of experience and more than 150 speaking engagements worldwide, he delivers high-impact keynotes focused on leadership, peak performance, and building high-functioning teams. His talks are designed to translate martial arts principles—such as discipline, mindset, and continuous improvement—into practical tools for business, leadership, and personal development.

- 9th Degree Black Belt and lifelong martial artist with training across multiple disciplines including Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Escrima, Muay Thai, and Tai Chi
